Auckland’s Isaia Toeava is to start this weekend’s ANZ Hong Kong Bledisloe Cup Test with Wellington’s Cory Jane coming onto the bench. Toeava replaces Mils Muliaina, who is staying in New Zealand following the birth of his child. The revised team to play Australia at Hong Kong Stadium on Saturday November 1 is:
