Equestrian : Cartier International Polo

In 2009, Keith Prowse will be providing the hospitality at the 25th Annual Cartier International Polo tournament at the prestigious Guard’s Polo Club in Windsor Great Park.

In 2008, the Guards International Polo was graced by royalty, aristocrats and celebrities including Harry Potter actress Emma Watson and rugby world cup winner Matt Dawson. Keith Prowse will once again be there keeping the revellers fed and watered in the Chukkas Restaurant and Private Suites in 2009.

The Chukkas prime location, within the exclusive Smith’s Lawn Enclosure, allows people to relax in the open space just minutes from all the action. However, having a larger party is no problem as the Chukkas Private Suites cater for up to 24 people:

• Entry to the Smith’s Lawn Enclosure
• Reserved North & South Grandstand seat for The Coronation Cup and The Golden Jubilee Trophy
• Champagne and canapé reception prior to launch
• A sumptuous three-course summer luncheon accompanied by specially selected wines and followed by coffee
• Complimentary bar throughout the day until 30 minutes after the last match (excluding champagne)
• Traditional afternoon tea
• ‘Chillers’ offering Indian head and neck massage throughout the day
• Guards Polo Club Year Book and Cartier Magazine
• Commemorative VIP pass and event documentation
• Car parking (one pass between two guests)

In 2008, Chukkas’ guests had exclusive access to the Rah Bar where they could unwind alfresco-style and the Chillers Tents where they received head massages aplenty. Keith Prowse guests will receive many more exiting new features in 2009, so they should keep their eyes open.
Ted Walker, Marketing Manager, Keith Prowse said: “The Silver Jubilee of Cartier International will make this prestigious event even more special. Cartier International Polo is the most prestigious polo event in the world and epitomises the high society lifestyle enjoyed by royalty and celebrities alike. Our guests will experience the ultimate hospitality experience.”
