VODAFONE JUNIOR WARRIORS REBOUND FOR FIRST WIN OF YEAR

Fullback Kevin Locke delivered three key moments in the last nine minutes to guide the Vodafone Junior Warriors to their first win of the NYC season at Mt Smart Stadium tonight.
With the scores locked at 16-16, Locke scorched through out wide for a 71st minute try and then converted to give his side a 22-16 lead.
And with only a minute to go, a Locke penalty stretched the lead to eight points, the 24-16 margin a huge turnaround after being towelled up 52-4 – a record defeat – by Manly at Brookvale Oval last Sunday.
Tries to winger Bill Tupou and centre Siuatonga Likiliki had give the home said a 10-6 edge at halftime, Likiliki making it three tries in as many games so far this season.
