The National Cricket Club (NCC) Day Tuesday 10 March 2009

This season the National Cricket Club will be running skills sessions for Primary, Intermediate & Junior Secondary School kids (featuring a signing session with some current BLACKCAPS) and seminars for coaches and administrators.
For the next 2 weekends (28th of February & 7th of March) and during the weekdays for the following 2 weeks, our activation teams are out and about in your region, visiting clubs, schools, training grounds and games promoting The National Bank’s new initiative by handing out registration forms and talking to parents and kids about the NCC days (you may recognize them in their quirky attire…).
Registrations can be taken by filling in the form and sending or faxing back to the details provided, or simply go to www.nationalpastime.co.nz and sign up on line. This is the best way as numbers are limited (to 100 pax per session) and registration is automatic so the sooner they sign up the better.

The Club Administrator seminars and seminars for coaches are aimed at people of all levels, from the mum’s and dads just getting into their kids cricket to the more experienced. Speakers (Grant Smith and Neil Hood) will speak on topics such as growing your membership base, sponsorship, funding, commercial opportunities, club sustainability and discuss specific case studies about marketing your club.
And this is just the beginning. Look out for more from the National Cricket Club. Every club, every player, every level.
